USPAP Online (15-Hour Course & Examination):
August 5, 6, 7, 12 & 13, 2013; 4:00pm to 7:00pm est
Course taught by Certified USPAP Instructor Karen McManus (AAA; appraiser of modern, post-war and contemporary fine art with Jacqueline Silverman & Associates, Inc. in Los Angeles; Instructor, New York University's Appraisal Studies Program). The course will take place on August 5, 6, 7, 12 & 13, 2013 (from 4:00 to 7:00pm eastern standard time on each of these days).

The USPAP course has been organized to conform to the criteria set forth by the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, DC. Participants meet for a total of 15 hours including the examination. Satisfactory completion of the examination allows participants to state that they have successfully completed the USPAP course and examination personal property. AAA/ISA/ASA Members who attend will receive 15 points towards re-certification.
Please NOTE: This course will be taught with the 2012-2013 standards and book. Appraisers Association USPAP courses will be taught using the 2014-2015 standards and book beginning in January of 2014.
