USPAP 7-Hour New York City:
November 25, 2013; 9:30am to 5:30pm
Taught by Certified USPAP Instructor Gayle Skluzacek, AAA, this is the 7-Hour Update version of the USPAP Course, discussion-based, with no examination. This course will take place on Monday, November 25, 2013 at the Appraisers Association office at 386 Park Avenue South, Suite 2000 (at 27th Street); the course begins at 9:30am and ends at 5:30pm. All members of Appraisers Association of America are required to be current with USPAP; all members are required to take the 15-hour USPAP; and all applicants are required to take the 15-hour USPAP as part of admissions process prior to being admitted as a member. Once a member has taken the 15-hour USPAP within the past two years, they may take the 7-Hour. For more specifics, see the registration form or call 212.889.5404 x 13.
Please Note: You are only eligible to take this 7-hour USPAP course if you have taken either the 7-hr or 15-hr USPAP in 2010 or later. If you have taken USPAP prior to 2010, you will need to take the 15-hour course and exam.
The instructor will teach the November 25th course using the 2012-2013 USPAP guidelines and book. (Instructors will begin teaching the 2014-2015 USPAP in January of 2014).
