USPAP NYC (15-Hour Course & Examination):
November 20 & 21, 2013; 9:30am to 6:00pm

Course taught by Certified USPAP Instructor Gayle Skluzacek (AAA; President, Abigail Hartmann Associates; Past President, Appraisers Association of America; Instructor, New York University’s Appraisal Studies Program).

Take USPAP to: Enhance your credentials, keep abreast of government regulations, clarify ethics, advocacy, and record keeping issues, stay on the cutting edge of the profession, and protect yourself through due diligence. The USPAP course has been organized to conform to the criteria set forth by the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, DC. Participants meet for a total of 15 hours including the examination. Satisfactory completion of the examination allows participants to state that they have successfully completed the USPAP course and examination in personal property. AAA/ISA/ASA Members who attend will receive 15 points towards re-certification.

Please NOTE: This course will be taught with the 2012-2013 standards and book. Appraisers Association USPAP courses will be taught using the 2014-2015 standards and book beginning in January of 2014. 

Registration: $375 AAA/ISA/ASA Members / $475 General Admission
(Fee includes a copy of the 2012-2013 USPAP book, which will be distributed on the first day of the course)
