Elements of a Correctly Prepared Appraisal Course

Appraisers Association Certified Member Deborah Spanierman, AAA is offering a course for candidates and members. The course will take place at the Appraisers Association office in New York City and will provide valuable knowledge on how to correctly complete appraisal reports. Participants may "conference call in" to take part in the course (a email with be sent with dial-in information a few days before the course). The class is included in the membership application fee; the course is only open to current candidates and members.

IMPORTANT: please note our new program cancellation policy (as of January 1, 2014): If for any reason you cannot take the class for which you register, please contact the Appraisers Association's Programs Manager as soon as possible. The Appraisers Association's cancellation policy for USPAP and all programs is as follows: you must indicate in writing (fax or email) at least 5 (five) business days prior to the course if you need to cancel or change your registration (to another course). If you do NOT let us know at least 5 business days prior to the course, you will be charged a $50 administration fee.
