ASK THE EXPERTS
Susan’s presentation will focus on the role of an independent appraiser in determining what the client actually needs and how the appraisal will be used. Communicating with the client is of paramount importance, especially when an appraisal takes place in the home. Based on her years of experience, Susan will share techniques and practical advice about managing client expectations.
