Managing Your Research and Beginning the Appraisal (RECORDING)
Deborah Spanierman, AAA, First Vice President of the Appraisers Association, and Robert Marshak present the third session of the 2014-2015 Ask The Experts Series, The Appraisal Process from Start to Finish. After concluding an onsite examination and the accompanying research, an appraiser is tasked with organizing his or her findings before beginning the appraisal. Ms. Spanierman covers best practices for organizing research and how to go about beginning the written appraisal. Mr. Marshak speaks to computer security issues related to uploading and managing photographs and confidential information. He shares IT tips that help an appraisal office run smoothly.
