There is no set agenda for the hour. You and your colleagues will be in conversation on issues and questions that you have about USPAP.

VaraRenée Vara, AAA is the Director of VARA ART, a full-service art advisory firm, with over 25 years of experience. She is an AAA Certified Appraiser with 4 areas of specialty and USPAP tested. She currently serves on the Advisory Council and past two-term Board Member for the AAA.
She regularly lectures and has published for more than 50 organizations and institutions. She is an award-winning faculty at NYU and has served as an Appointed Lecturer at the Guggenheim (NY) and Sotheby's Institute. She has been cited in more than 40 media outlets including the Art Newspaper, ARTnews, NY Times, WSJ, Forbes, and has curated more than 40 international emerging art shows, including the Istanbul Biennale. Renée has served as an art legal expert for significant cases, including, 5Pointz vs. G&M Realty, Hilti Family Trust vs. Knoedler Gallery, Salander-O'Reilly and Heritage vs. Christie’s.
 

WilsonSabine Wilson, Ph.D., AAA received her Ph.D. in art history from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich, Germany. Since 2000, Sabine has had an independent fine art appraisal and advisory practice in New York where she advises clients on issues concerning valuation, provenance, and collecting of impressionist, modern, and contemporary art. She gives lectures and publishes on art forgery, German art between the wars, and French 18th century art. Ms. Wilson is a Certified Member, a former Board Member, and a past co-chair of the Education Committee of the Appraisers Association of America.
