This personal property online USPAP make-up class is taught by AQB Certified instructor Certified USPAP Instructor Gayle Skluzacek, AAA (President, Abigail Hartmann Associates; Past President, Appraisers Association of America; Instructor, NYU Appraisal Studies Program).

This class is for those who have not yet successfully completed the 15hr personal property exam. You should study for the exam before this class. Please note, the exam will NOT be the same exam you took the first time. 

Access to a computer with a microphone, speakers and strong Internet connection are required. A headset is strongly recommended. 

You are required to have access to the Student Manual and Student Answers during the course.
