Evan Blum, The Demolition Depot, has spent decades 
as a collector and dealer of architectural remnants.
Join Evan as he discusses the sea of ornamental fixtures
and furnishings that he has pulled from buildings being
demolished or renovated.  He will discuss process,
condition, value and authenticity.

A reception with refreshments will follow the lecture that will be in the historic National Arts Club, a National Landmark building and the former home of Governor Samuel Tilden.

Covid Protocols:

The National Arts Club is in compliance with the NYC vaccine mandate for indoor dining and events.  Upon entry, all event attendees 12 and older must present proof that they have received at least one dose.  Acceptable proof of vaccination includes:

Guests who do not present the proper vaccine documentation will not be allowed entry.  This protocol applies also to all event hosts/organizers/vendors, as well as all NAC staff.

  • CDC Vaccination Card, along with photo ID. A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.NYC Vaccination Record or other o?cial immunization record from within or outside the U.S., including from your healthcare provider.   • Excelsior Pass (or Excelsior Pass Plus).
