Phil will provide an overview of the market for collectible Trains and Toys. |  | Phil Weiss, Weiss Auctions, has over 50 years’ experience in the collectibles trade. Growing up as a second-generation book and stamp specialist he turned his interest in the collectibles field into one of the top collectibles auction houses in the country. Phil and Emily Weiss have owned and operated Weiss Auctions for over 30 years. Phil has contributed articles on the field of collectibles to many of the major trade publications and contributes his time as an auctioneer for local charities as well as provides free appraisals to raise money for senior centers and clubs. https://www.weissauctions.com/default.aspx |  | A reception with refreshments will follow the lecture that will be in the historic National Arts Club, a National Landmark building and the former home of Governor Samuel Tilden.
