This two-part On-Demand recording will provide attendees with the initial
business tools necessary to start or expand an appraisal practice. The
agenda will begin with the specific administrative steps necessary to
start and run your business and then move to the creation of a
high-level business plan.

Topics will include strategic planning, legal business structures,
primary insurance needs, creating a website, preparing a financial
forecast and determining your fee structure.

Attendees will be presented with practical examples of documents
and processes to make the business side of their practice a little less
daunting, including a business plan outline, a sample insurance application, the process to create an LLC,
website development options and accounting software packages.

This is recording of an interactive live webinar, where attendees participated in group discussions and exercises.
