I have been a member of AAA since 2010, specializing in American Art as well as European paintings, drawings, sculpture, fine prints as well as decorative arts. Separately, I am also an owner of Kodner Gallery in St. Louis, Missouri. The gallery was founded in 1970 by my late father, Martin Kodner. An early member of AAA, he began collecting in the 1950s and 60s with Western and Regional art including works by Charles Russell, Frederick Remington, Oscar Berninghaus, Carl Wimar, and was friends with and collected works by Thomas Hart Benton. He also collected original works by Picasso and Braque, as well as many works by the School of Paris painters, American Modernists and Ashcan artists such as Georgia O'Keefe, Milton Avery, Grandma Moses, William Glackens, Maurice Prendergast; as well as the great American landscape artists and Hudson River School such as Thomas Moran, Albert Bierstadt, George Inness, Jasper Cropsey and others.

Today our gallery continues that tradition.  We provide art consultation for both collectors looking to acquire as well as those interested in selling or donating. Our clients range from private collectors to museums, institutions and corporations worldwide.  Separately, we are certified appraisers as well, for those in need of insurance or IRS/estate tax related and donation appraisals.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thank you!!
