The ability to produce a well-drafted expert appraisal report is a critically important tool for appraisers who serve as expert witnesses. Your written appraisal acts as a roadmap for direct testimony, talking points on cross, helps you prepare to testify, and enhances your brand. This interactive workshop will teach you how to write powerful, persuasive, and defensible appraisals. Nadine Nasser Donovan, Esq., will use six major methodologies to teach the program, namely: lecture, questions and answers, analysis of well written report writing exercises, reports, and mock cross-examination techniques. Attendees are asked to submit sample reports previous to the class, for use in mock examinations, and for feedback purposes. In addition, each attendee will be provided with a content-rich manual.
